Braiking Boss from Casshern Sins anime

Braiking Boss was the leader and commander of the robot army. Braiking enslaved humanity under his iron-clad rule for ages, until Luna was summoned to stop him. After the destruction, he changed his name, and now wanders in the wilderness. As the one who ordered the assassination of Luna, he was the true cause of the world's destruction. He spends his time following Casshern from afar, watching his actions. He dismisses the robots' intentions to devour Casshern so to stop the ruin as rubbish. In later episodes, after Dio begins his rise to power, Braiking starts to appear in a more visible role, such as revealing himself to Casshern and his forgotten past. He doesn't seem to be meddling much in both sides, such as Casshern and Dio, but presumably appears to hold the upper hand in the shadows.
